Joy's background spans product leadership roles across Verisk, Health Dialog, PatientKeeper, and MStratus where she worked at the intersection of clinical systems, patient engagement, and healthcare data. Her experience includes building physician-facing portals, care management platforms, and healthcare analytics tools used across complex clinical and organizational environments.

Her work is grounded in a simple principle: healthcare technology should be understandable and useful to the people who rely on it. She brings a strong focus on patient and caregiver experience, translating complex healthcare systems into something people can actually use.

Earlier in her career, Joy worked with organizations including Girls Inc. and a nonprofit supporting after-school programs, reflecting a longstanding commitment to accessibility and community impact.

In parallel with her work in healthcare technology, Joy is an accomplished musician who has performed as both a solo artist and in groups throughout the Boston area.

Robert is a healthcare technology leader and product architect with more than 20 years of experience building software systems for medical data, clinical workflows, and large-scale healthcare analytics. His career has included senior product and strategic leadership roles at Milliman, Verisk, and IMS Health, where he led and helped shape advanced healthcare software used by major health plans, institutions, and enterprise organizations.

Over the course of his work, Robert has developed deep expertise in medical data systems, longitudinal health information, clinical and administrative data integration, and the design of software that helps organizations make better use of complex healthcare information. He has also trained senior teams at major health plans and worked closely with organizations navigating large-scale healthcare data and operational challenges.

In addition to his work in healthcare, Robert co-founded AlphaStratus, where he led technology development. The company was later acquired by eVestment, which was subsequently acquired by NASDAQ.

Today, Robert is focused on building VisitVizor, a patient-centered health platform designed to help individuals bring together their medical imaging, labs, medications, and visit history into one accessible longitudinal record. His work reflects a broader mission: making healthcare information more usable, more connected, and more valuable for patients, caregivers, and clinicians -- centered on the idea that patients and clinicians benefit when the full medical story can move clearly across time and across settings of care.
