This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how VisitVizor handles "consumer health data" as that term is defined under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect
Depending on what you upload or enter, we may collect:
- medical documents and reports (for example, PDFs and images)
- lab results, diagnostic testing information, and related notes you enter or upload
- medication information you enter
- medical images you upload (including DICOM imaging)
- information about diagnoses, conditions, treatments, procedures, and care plans (as reflected in what you upload or enter)
- derived information created at your direction (for example, text extracted via OCR or structured fields created from your uploads)
2. Purposes for collecting and using consumer health data
We collect and use consumer health data to:
- provide the Service you request (store, organize, display, and allow you to manage your information)
- process documents and images you submit at your direction (for example, extracting text to help organize records)
- maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- improve reliability and performance (for example, reducing errors and improving document processing quality)
We do not sell consumer health data.

Affiliates: Altavine Technologies, LLC currently shares consumer health data with no affiliates for independent use. If that changes, we will update this policy before sharing.
